Three meals a day are included. Breakfast is served in your hotel, either western or buffet style. Lunch is usually served in a local restaurant during your day of sightseeing. Both lunch and dinner are full course Chinese meals with tables set for 8 to 10 people. A variety of meals and vegetable dishes are usually served on large platters along with soup and steamed rice. A fixed supply of beverages, including beer, is served with the meals at no charge (usually one glass per person). Additional beverage, include alcoholic beverages, are available at a modest additional charge. Most of all hotels have shops with western styled foods and desserts.
